By accessing and using the Midwest Design Market website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Midwest Design Market provides custom design services for events, including but not limited to invitations, signage, apparel, and coordinated design elements.
All services are customized based on client needs and are subject to availability and project scope.
Orders & Payment
All projects begin with an inquiry and confirmation of project details.
An invoice will be provided prior to the start of any work. Payment (full or deposit) is required before design work begins.
Failure to complete payment may result in project delays or cancellation.
Custom Work
All designs are created specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of the work, all sales are final once a project has started.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs. Midwest Design Market is not responsible for errors after final approval.
Revisions
A limited number of revisions are included with each project and will be outlined at the start.
Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
Turnaround Times
Project timelines vary depending on scope and workload.
Estimated timelines will be communicated during the inquiry process but are not guaranteed if delays occur due to client response time or changes in project scope.
Intellectual Property
All designs created by Midwest Design Market remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are granted permission to use final designs for personal use only and may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs for commercial purposes without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Midwest Design Market is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services, including delays, printing discrepancies, or third-party production issues.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
