Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will work with you and the shipping service to locate your package, if it cannot be located we will replace your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we are not responsible for packages being shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. 

 

All of our items are custom made to order, therefore cannot be returned due to the personalized nature of our items. Most orders can be canceled or adjusted within the first 24 hours, otherwise sales are final. If you need to make an adjustment or cancel and order within the 24 hour period please contact us at kimevans@midwestdesignmarket.com
